Step 1: Registration
 | You fill out the application form, or phone us, for registration.
| | We send you an email shortly to acknowledge your registration. |
Step 2: Deposit
| To maintain your booking, you send us a deposit of RMB1000. |
Step 2.1: Visa (If you need a letter of invitation)
| We send you an invitation letter for visa application upon receipt of your payment.
| | You get your visa at a Chinese Embassy or Consulate. |
Step 2.2: Pickup (If you book our accommodation)
| Notify us of your arrival details.
| | We send you the pickup details and greet you at the airport/train station, and transport you to your accommodation. |
Step 3: At Hangzhou
| Come to the school on Monday.
| | Take your placement test, and start classes. |

Refund Policy
* If cancellation is made 2 weeks or more before the program starts, you will be refunded the full amount less the deposit. The deposit can be used for a course in the following two years.
* If cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the program starts, you are required to pay two-week tuition and accommodation fees. This amount of money can be used for a course in the following two years.
* Once a course has been started, no refunds of tuition fees or accommodation fees will be made for the booked and invoiced course duration.
