New Year Activity--Make Rice Dumpling

Rice dumpling, in China we call it “Tang Yuan”, which is made of glutinous rice flour and bean paste or sesame or other filling. We usually eat it in Spring Festival ，Lantern Festival and Winter Solstice . And this year we made rice dumpling together with our students in advance before Spring Festival.Rice dumpling is really very delicious.
